I have been treated by the Laudatti family for over 40 years! I started seeing Dr. Laudatti (Dr. Nick’s dad) when I was just a child. He was a great dentist who truly cared about his patients. I have never had an experience like the one i had at North Country smiles. The Girls are so inviting and the assistant made me feel very comfortable.I learned more about my teeth in my cleaning and exam than I had ever known before! The Hygienist did an awesome job. What an amazing experience for my first appointment! I was greeted by the lovely ladies at the front who helped me with all my insurance and financial questions, their smiley faces helped me be at ease. The assistant Kacie was so sweet and funny, she had me laughing while she took my xrays. I also met the hygienist Christine, she is very knowledgeable and helped me understand what was going on in my mouth and any concerns or issues I had she explained them so thoroughly and the cleaning! best I ever had, hand down! It was also such a pleasure to meet with Dr. Laudati he was very patient and took his time with me, not like other doctors who do not even take the time to know your name! My name is Mark Hubbard. I am a 54 year-old patient of Dr. Laudati. He has been our family dentist for 20 years. Recently I found it necessary to undergo extensive treatment for a series of fairly serious dental issues. I had to have a tooth replaced and the underlying bone structure was not sufficient to support the new implant. Dr. Laudati walked me through the entire process of rebuilding the bone structure (that specific work was done through Dr. Laudati’s referral by another specialist) and installing an anchoring post and eventually building a replacement tooth. The short version of this story is that after nearly a year of procedure and process around the lost tooth, which also included straitening both upper and lower bites (through the use of the Invisaline system) repairing a few frontal cavities, also replacing old (from childhood) amalgam silver fillings, with white porcelain replacements and finishing with a whitening process… my teeth and my smile make me look as If I am 25 again. This process has changed my life, in that I am always smiling now. I am more friendly, comfortable and open in groups. My mouth is healthy and I no longer feel self-conscious about my teeth. I smile more often because my teeth are straight and pleasantly white and you cannot see my fillings when I open my mouth. My teeth literally look like they did when I was much younger. There is a reason that we have been with Dr. Laudati for 20 years. My wife and children have been cared for by him and he has taught all of us the value of a healthy mouth and a healthy life. I cannot measure the positive impact that Dr. Laudati and his staff have had on our family. We will all be in his care for life. Thank you Mark Hubbard

In summary, I highly recommend Dr. Laudati and his wonderful staff. Everything about the practice is positive. They care, they TAKE CARE OF YOU, you are made to feel important and his work is outstanding. He took care of an emergency for me today that I needed desperately, and he attended to me without hesitation. His dental assistant made me feel relaxed and calm because I was nervous, and within a half hour, my tooth was fixed. In my opinion, doctors today are more of a 'business' rather than a place where people are made to feel safe and cared for, whatever the reason. I recently switched dentists because the previous dentist I went to put a crown in my mouth that caused me to incur headaches every day for two years. I found Dr Laudati and he has patiently rectified my problem. He is unequivically the best dentist that I have seen in a very long time. He is professional, highly trained and experienced and personable. He makes the most daunting dentistry a painless experience. I would highly recommend him to anyone.

Dr. Laudati and his staff are incredibly efficient and accommodating. From scheduling an initial appointment, to regular reminders, (text and/or phone calls), the goal of maintaining a healthy smile is able to be met for my whole family. Being a person who gets anxiety in the dental chair, I cannot say enough about the care and sensitivity shown, which make the visits and work that needs to be done so much easier, even pleasant. "Dr. Nick" (as my kids call him) is so wonderful with my children, that I find it totally unnecessary to visit a pediatric dentist. Not all dentists are equal. I came to see Dr. Laudati many years ago with trepidation but have continued to be a patient ever since. I had remained with a dentist in Connecticut for 10 years after leaving the state because of the faith I had in that gentleman. Then I went through a revolving door of dentists at another Long Island practice ending up with someone who should definitely find another occupation. After leaving them, I went to a "highly recommended" charlatan who put not one, but two ill-fitting crowns on the same tooth (I kept the latter one because it was far better than the first). That charlatan is no longer practicing (the person who highly recommended him to us had by then filed a lawsuit against him). For nearly 10 years after that I refused to see a dentist until Dr. Laudati was recommended to us. At the time, I was considering returning to the fellow in Connecticut who had by then turned his practice over to his son. Dr. Laudati's practice was likewise a family affair, so my wife and I decided to give him a try. The recommendation this time was good. I have not considered going elsewhere since my first visit. Dr. Laudati is as thorough and competent as any dentist I have met and his interpersonal skills let his patients know that they are far more than just a mouth full of teeth that should be flossed more frequently. I have been with Dr. Laudati now for as many years as I had been with the Connecticut dentist and would likely be willing to commute here from Connecticut for my checkups if the situation warranted it. Luckily, I am much closer. We should be grateful for dentists like Dr. Laudati. I know I am.
